In spring 2025, I worked with Borough 22 on creation a line of limited edition doughnuts. I pitched the idea of nostalgic school flavours for a half-term run, and Borough 22 created the individual flavours - jam roly poly, apple crumble, and sticky toffee pudding - in their kitchens.

I, along with my colleague, planned social media activity to promote limited edition doughnuts. They were a massive success, regularly selling out in store during in the half-term week. This resulted in the flavours being extended for an additional two weeks after the half term.
